Exercise during pregnancy is both safe and healthy. The biggest tip: you should listen to your body. Your body will tell you how much you can handle when it comes to any physical exercise.
Another good measure is using the “talk test”. As long as you can carry on a conversation while exercising, you are likely not overexerting yourself. You should be extra mindful of hydration and activities that require lying flat on your back for long periods of time.
